Joey is a lifetime resident of Louisville and a graduate of Bellarmine University, where he played baseball during his tenure as a student. He married his wife, Vicki, in December of 2017 and they are expecting their first child, a little girl, in the summer of 2019!
Search Consultant, Southeast
Since joining the CJN team, Joe has played a crucial role in bringing on new clients. Joe’s time is spent between working with current client-partners on open searches and business development opportunities with new clients. His goal each day is to partner with companies where he and his team’s resources and industry knowledge can quickly solve hiring challenges. He knows that he is most effective when he keeps the needs of his clients and candidates front and center, thus his team is focused on three areas: First, they are highly niched, working only on positions with many of the top General Contractors where direct industry experience is needed. Next, they work quickly – with their hand on the pulse of the market, this is a defining team characteristic. Finally, they search thoroughly to gather any and all candidates that might be a fit. Their goal is to find 3-5 highly qualified candidates for each search they work on. The best candidates are often passive and Joe and his team finds and attracts them by dedicating much of their time to cold-calling and developing relationships.
Joe is married and has 3 young children who take up nearly all of his “free” time, but he enjoys physical fitness, watching movies, spending all his time with his family.
Josh Timberlake is a Talent Acquisition Consultant for SANINC, bringing over 14-years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining SANINC, Josh worked as Vice President of acquisitions where he conducted Executive level searches across a variety of industries and functions. Earlier in his career, Josh worked as a Business Development Manager for Fortune-500 financial and marketing corporations. Josh currently supports clients with full life-cycle recruiting, including proactive candidate searches, and interviewing.
Ken is a member of the SANINC leadership team and the Midwest Division Manager for ConstructionJobs Network (CJN). He has developed a unique business philosophy and entrepreneur style from an eclectic range of experiences. In addition to developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in media, publishing and construction, Ken served for six years as a Logistics Technician in the United States Air Force.
Prior to beginning his executive search career, Ken developed a significant level of passive income through real estate investments. This allowed him to search for a career that aligns with his interests. His passion for talent acquisition is rooted in the belief that there is nothing more powerful to a business than human capital and there are few endeavors more important than building the spaces in which we live and work. As a highly niched recruiting firm, Ken and his team focus on the executive search and direct placement of construction management professionals. He brings a “detective” mentality to each search and takes great pride in the process of advancing his client’s organizational capability through talent acquisition…. the vast majority of organizational problems can be solved with finding and hiring the right team.
Ken is married with four children under the age of seven. It is chaos but merges beautifully with his passion for running, skiing and movies.
Mark is the president of SANINC, and its subsidiary, ConstructionJobs Network. Prior to entering the recruiting and placement profession, Mark spent over twenty years building, training, and managing top-ranked sales teams. He understands that by taking the time to ask detailed questions on the front, everyone saves time and is more likely to get what they want on the tail end.
Mark is a strong advocate of being a student of the game, and thus, he has traveled all over the country to meet with, train with, and mentor with some of the most talented and respected recruiters in the industry. Some of these recruiters include Peter Lefkowitz, Danny Cahill, Scott Love, Jordan Rayboy, Karen Schmidt, Jeff Kaye, and more. In the Fall of 2015, after almost twenty-five years of operating as a stand-alone business, SANINC joined Sanford Rose Associates network of offices. This move enabled each of SANINC’s companies to continue operating as independent, boutique, niche-market firms, but now with access to resources and support that come with being part of a Top 10 Search Firm.
Under Mark’s leadership, SANINC has had record breaking years every year since 2013. In 2016, SANINC was given the distinguished Diamond Club Award by Sandford Rose Associates for being one of the networks top companies in 2016.
