- 10+ years of plastics industry technical sales experience required
- Ability to provide plastics process troubleshooting support, both on the floor at various customer locations and over the phone/computer/etc.
- Strong relationship building experience required
- Ability to establish sales plans at key accounts
- Proven ability to manage key accounts
- Ability to hunt and develop new business
- Annual travel upwards of 50%
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant practical experience
