Our Team

Mark Stocker
PRESIDENT/OWNER, SANINC
Mark is the president of SANINC, and its subsidiaries, MetalJobs Network and PlasticJobs Network. Prior to entering the recruiting and placement profession, Mark spent more than 20 years building, training, and managing top-ranked sales teams. He understands that by taking the time to ask detailed questions on the front end, everyone saves time and is more likely to get what they want on the tail end.
Mark is a strong advocate of being a student of the game. He has traveled all over the country to meet with, train with, and learn under some of the most talented and respected recruiters in the industry. Some of these recruiters include Peter Lefkowitz, Danny Cahill, Scott Love, Jordan Rayboy, Karen Schmidt, and Jeff Kaye. In the fall of 2015, after almost 25 years of operating as a stand-alone business, SANINC joined Sanford Rose Associates’ (SRA) network of offices. This move enabled each of SANINC’s companies to continue operating as independent, boutique, niche-market firms, while acquiring access to resources and support that come with being part of a Top 10 Search Firm.
Mark was born in Louisville and went to college at University of Kentucky. While in college, he spent 5 years running his own business under the Southwestern Company where he built a 40-person sales team and was consistently in the top 1% of all salespeople. After college, Mark took 4 months off to travel the world with 3 close friends. Upon returning to the states, he helped to found several companies that took him from North Carolina to Colorado to Connecticut to Arizona, before returning to Louisville in 2010. He started with MetalJobs Network in 2012 and acquired the company in 2014. In Mark’s free time, he enjoys playing disc golf with his 2 boys, Jameson and Griffin; heading out on a kayak with his beautiful wife, Abigail; or playing Euchre with his friends.

Joey Golemboski
MANAGING PARTNER, MJN
As a Managing Partner for MJN, Joey brings a history of relationship-based client and team development, with a knack for finding exceptional talent. He believes that recruiters can experience authentic enjoyment in the process of discovery, that recruiters can create a “win-win-win” environment at the foundation of any deal, and that recruiters can ensure that both clients and candidates achieve their long-term goals.
“My favorite part about both candidate and client relationships is knowing that I am able to help someone take that next step in the direction they want to head. Since the beginning, my goal has been that after I talk with someone, they should feel better than they did before we met. Matching top talent with top tier companies is the ultimate ‘win’, to make an improvement in everyone’s situations, and when this all comes to fruition those are the best moments of this career.”—Joey
Joey is a lifetime resident of Louisville and a graduate of Bellarmine University, where he also played baseball. He was fortunate to meet his wife Vicki here in Louisville where they’ve begun their family and now have two amazing kids, Olivia & Everett!

Our Multi-touch Recruitment Process
In today’s fast-paced, high-touch environment, posting jobs and sending emails can become background noise. Our team uses a variety of tools and techniques to surface potential candidates. We leverage emails, voicemails, texting, InMails, multiple social media platforms, a variety of job boards, a monthly newsletter, as well as networking with other metals professionals, in order to turn over every rock. Once we evaluate and submit qualified candidates, we work closely with all parties throughout the Placement Process to increase the odds of hiring the candidate of your choice.
