Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
10+ years of experience working in a Human Resources or related role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
5+ years of people management and decision making experience
Labor relations experience with union negotiations
Ability to be a strong HR Business Partner and present a case based on business facts
Understanding of the business; strong business acumen and knowledge of labor laws
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
Highly motivated, self driven, and organized
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
