• Quality manager at TN plant supporting VW with injection molded parts. Successful in passing VW VDA 6.3 audit on first attempt within 6 months after SOP.
• Worked two years in China as a quality systems mentor to several different Chinese OEM’s.
• As asst. plant manager responsible directly for manufacturing engineering at the Kenworth Truck flagship assembly plant developed and received funding approval that led to a capacity expansion project that increased capacity by more than 50%.

SHAPE: Flat Rolled/Coils, Tube/Pipe; Also have plastic injection molding experience, class A surfaces
PROCESS: Roll-forming, Fabrication, Forging, Coated/Painted, Blanking; Have machining experience with castings and forgings along with assembly experience.
