Was responsible for initiating, planning, executing and managing all aspects of a project to install a brand new Non Ferrous Metal separation facility at a steel mill. The budget was $19.1M and candidate was able to close the project within the budget and schedule limits established by executive management.
- Was the only CAPEX project engineer on team that took and passed the PMP Certification test (team of 10).
- Took over an existing Capital project that was tracking behind schedule and over budget. Was able to complete engineering design and city permitting early. Was also able to find a competent install contractor that was able to save us over $300K. Was able to close the project within the budget and schedule limits established by executive management.

Grew the CAQ team from 1 to 4 FTEs and owning strategic product development for multiple enterprise tools, including TeamCenter FMEA and Siemens OpCenter solutions. - Plans, organizes, and manages area budget and expenditures to ensure strategic and cost effective operations are followed
- Metals industry OR heavy manufacturing experience required
- A minimum of 10 years of electrical maintenance work experience in manufacturing/metals required
- Previous management experience in Maintenance is highly desirable

- Understanding of metal heat numbers and grades
- Experience in the aerospace industry, a plus
- Successful track record in developing customer relationships
