- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly injection molding
- Create a regular pulse and communication plan for leadership, technical, sales, and product line management for updates/reports related to supplier performance and growth plan
- Interface with supplier to coordinate training and product positioning communication to the sales team
- Willingness to travel 40%+
