5 plus years of experience selling thermoplastic resin
- Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions and solutions into commercial sales.
- Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing across applications and market segments.
- Professional presence, including: excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; professional entertainment with customers and suppliers; professional participation in industry associations and/or networking events.
- Minimal training and oversight required.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously on a day to day basis.
- Willingness to travel 30% some overnight
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university: technical discipline related to Chemical Sales is preferred (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, etc) or Business degree.

Minimum 5 years’ experience required in Application Development or Technical Service in adhesive or plastics industry
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Proficient with (Windows 7 Environment, Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, etc.)
- Up to 50% travel, North America primarily (US/CA/MX)
- B.S. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Plastics Engineering or related field
