• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing and managing all aspects of a $19.1 M project to install a brand new Non Ferrous Metal separation facility at a steel mill
• Took over an existing Capital project that was tracking behind schedule and over budget. I was able to complete engineering design and city permitting early. I also was able to find a competent install contractor that was able to save us over $300K. I was able to close the project within the budget and schedule limits established by executive management.
